The Folic Acid vs. Folate Debate (This One’s Important)

Omega-3s/DHA: This is actually a huge advantage that they’re NOT in here. When companies try to cram everything into one prenatal, something’s gotta give. Either the omega is low quality, goes rancid and tastes fishy, or they skimp on other nutrients to make room for it.
When you take them separately, you get your vitamins from the vitamin experts and your DHA from companies who specialize in high-quality omegas. My kids actually love the liquid omega we use – they’re picky about quality and sourcing.
